Also if you’ve simply changed your mind and would like to exchange your item, we can also help.
Changed your mind? No worries. We can accept returns made within 7 days for store credit only.
To arrange a return please send us an email to email@example.com with a description of the item and the reason for return. We will then arrange to have the item collected from your address for a small collection fee*
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that the initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns will be processed as store credit that can be used anytime when making a purchase on our website.
* The collection fee will not apply if the item you received is damaged or faulty.
Exchanges are processed in the same way as a normal return. Once the order has been returned you will receive store credit which you can use anytime.
